It’s a great family-oriented event.

Harborfest, an annual event going back 30 years in South Haven, takes place on the second weekend in June. There are activities for the kids and great music for everyone to listen to. It’s just a fun time by the water. The festival includes a variety of attractions including Dragon-Boat Races, many musical and entertainment performances, craft fair, a pancake breakfast, rides, beer gardens and food vendors.

This Annual Boat Show usually happens the same weekend as Harborfest.

On-Water Experiences at the Michigan Maritime Museum

Bring the kids, grand-kids, or the young at heart! One of the most popular experiences for children on vacation, visiting for the day, or just a chance to make an unforgettable memory. A one-and-a-half-hour sail aboard the tall ship Friends Good Will as young and old help the crew protect the ship. All children must be at least 4 years of age and accompanied by an adult.
